All completed photographs and or videos are shared via Google Drive

Sky replacement is free of charge if skies are cloudy during photo shoot - on request.

Homes up to 3 bedroom / 2 Bath, interior and exterior only. 30 edited photos in original high-resolution + MLS 1200 x 800 resolution - $300
Drone photography only of exterior home or land parcel. 10-15 edited photos in original high-resolution + MLS 1200 x 800 resolution - $200
The Realtor Package - 1 and 2 above for $380 - a savings of $20
Add-on options:
Twilight - 10 twilight photos, 5 from the ground, 5 from the air, added to any package above. + $125
Property walkthrough video - A one shot, continuous walkthrough of entire property shot on stabilized gimbal and edited with soundtrack. + $75
Virtual Tour - A virtual tour video comprised of all photos taken from any package above. + $55
